Refund policy

We sincerely hope you love your order of Nutrigums but should you wish to return any of the Nutrigums products that you have purchased, we will be happy to refund you for any items you return unused and in resaleable condition within 30 days of receipt.

Q. Do I have to pay to return unwanted goods?
A. You must cover the delivery cost for returning unwanted goods.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which include but are not limited to the rights observed in Consumer Contracts (Information Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (“English Consumer Law”).

Returns

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. Nutrigums will accept Product returns and provide you with a replacement of the item in issue or refund (as applicable) where either of these conditions are applicable:

  1.     The product arrived damaged; or
  2.     The product is faulty


Should this be the case, please get in touch with contact@nutrigums.co.uk with the following information to hand;

  1.     Your order reference number
  2.     Full name and address
  3.     A photograph of the damage to the product and/or an explanation of why you believe the product to be faulty (please be as descriptive as possible).

If our team cannot resolve your issue, and you still wish to return the item, returns can be sent to:

We recommend that any returns are sent using a secure method of delivery and that you retain proof of postage as Nutrigums cannot be held responsible for any items returned that are not received or are lost in transit. Once we have received notification that the item has been received, and its condition has been checked by our warehouse team, we will advise you of the status of your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the item to be received and the condition report to be reviewed by our team before the refund is actioned.

Having tried the product, if you are unsatisfied with it, we will be happy to discuss this with you. Please email our returns team at contact@nutrigums.co.uk with reasons as to why you are not satisfied with the product. These requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis within 5 working days of receipt.  All refunds due will be processed using the original method of payment used when paying for the product. Requests deemed to be valid will be refunded within 28 days of receipt of a claim.

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any instance. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. This policy is to be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
