These vitamins are back up to our daily diet, not replacement, that's why the percentage of some vitamins is not 100% or over. These are Hair vitamins so I think biotin should be full recommended amount, however here we have half of recommended intake. Looking at the other vitamins and recommended dosage..most of them are much lower than we need per day. Vitamin A is few times higher than recommended here..Folic acid-twice more than we need and Iodine a third more too. These vitamins are suitable for people 18+ years. The plastic container is strong and child safe. 60 gummies will last for 60 days. Can recommend it.
